So today I got my GoJane package in the mail. I bought floral shorts which turned out to be just as they were described online. However I did freak a little when I realized the shorts were a size Medium instead of a Small. I tried them on and they weren’t that much bigger. Go Jane doesn’t have free returns but when I spoke to an assistant they were very helpful, and told me they would send me a shipping label since it was their fault. The item had been packaged in a size SML wrapping. So always check the item to make sure it’s the right size. They didn’t have smalls in stock so I decided to keep them. Overall that won’t stop me from making future purchases from them because they were really helpful and that mistake hardly occurs. Items run true to size! Btw they always include samples of shampoo.
